Value Care Partners bring high levels of executive experience and skill to the assessment and valuation of new software companies and in providing businesses development for these companies. We enable them to formulate their vision, strategy and business priorities and then to develop focused action plans to achieve revenue goals and fully capitalise on their technologies.

Value Care Partners was established in France in 2002 by Skander Berrezouga, a former Development Director of Information Builders and Global Account Executive in IBM. In 2003, the business was expanded into the United Kingdom by Jim Dinsmore and Peter Bartlett, formerly with IBM Europe, Middle East & Africa. Both have extensive experience in sales and marketing, between them were responsible for the introduction outside of the USA of two of IBM’s major Software products - Lotus Notes® and IBM MQSeries®

During 2004 the company grew with:

		Michael Williams, a very experienced and successful software sales executive;
		Beth Rogers MBA, FCIM strengthened the marketing, assessment and key account capabilities. Beth is research director for the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management;
		Nigel Thomas, previously created the Lotus Notes business partner channel as well as bringing the Oracle Internet products to channel and the Oracle Business Partner Programme . Nigel leads the VCP channel activities;
		and Roy Band, with extensive experience in software business Management from IBM.
